  2. Then mix on a bowl the butter and peanut butter using a paddle attachment and beat for one minute to combine. Add the sugar and beat until fluffy for about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and eggs. Beating the eggs well after each addition.
  4. Then fold gently the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder alternately with kefir. And stir until combined.
  5. Then into the prepared cupcake cups, pour one tablespoon of batter and place one peanut butter cup inside and top with the remaining cupcake batter.
  6. Finally bake into the oven for about 22-23 minutes or until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. For the frosting, whisk the butter on low speed for about two minutes or until light and fluffy.
  8. Then add the heavy cream and beat to combine using the paddle attachment.
  9. Slowly beat in the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. When all the sugar and cocoa is added begin adding remaining heavy cream.
  10. This time increase the speed of the mixer to medium and beat for two more minutes. Use a piping bag to frost the cupcakes.
