Try making this delicious recipe for the whole family to enjoy, it’s simple and easy to prepare.
- 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- ½ Cup thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, cut in half
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into a 2″ long strips (about 1½ cups)
- Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Begin by cooking over medium heat the pepper and pepperon in a skillet until the pepper is tender crisp and stirring it often.
- Next is to stir in the olives and spaghetti sauce and cook to boil. Lower the heat then cover and cook for about 10 mins.
- Finally, add in the pasta and mozzarella cheese. Serve with spirnkled Parmasen cheese on top.
